The location was great for sightseeing. It was near Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza San Pietro and Piazza di Spagna. The staff were always friendly and helpful (especially with directions). I found a rooftop terrace with comfortable seating. It was nice.

It stopped working one night, and i had to use the stairs. This was inconvenient after a long day.

I noted several restaurants on the same street. These offered convenient options for meals near the hotel, and i tried a few , i enjoyed them.

The receptionists seemed very cute. Fabrizio and Joanna offered helpful assistance. They helped with recommendations and directions, and seemed to be always available when i needed assistance.

The hotel featured a terrace. This space included living room areas (very stylishly furnished). I enjoyed spending time there in the evenings. The view was wonderful, especially after dark.

i found the staff super friendly. they helped book taxis to the train station (it was very efficient). i visited twice during my trip and stayed both times because of how good it is.

the room was very small and there was a lack of storage. there were very few baggage racks, towel rails or hooks. the one towel hook in the bathroom was broken. the bathroom felt very crammed.

The staff was helpful. I was able to book taxis to both the train station and the airport with their assistance. The room was in excellent condition. It was super comfy. The location was great. It was a short walk to key places.

the location near piazza navona was convenient. i walked to many major sights including the pantheon and the trevi fountain. the hotel had a modern charm combined with a rustic feel. they offered a laundry service and featured a lovely rooftop terrace with an internal bar so useful.

the air conditioning did not work . this made the room uncomfortably warm. i found it to be an inconvenience that impacted my overall experience.
